A draft update to the town covenant is circulating. Comments are open in Discord through the end of the month.
Most of the changes are housekeeping — clarified prim allowances, a cleaner section on business signage, and language about event noise that boils down to “be a neighbor about it.” Nothing changes how anyone currently rents or plays.
The working draft is linked from the town page. Once comments close, the final version replaces the current covenant and everyone gets a notecard.
